    • The prefabrication of steel elements (pipelines) includes a wide range of materials:
      • Carbon steels
      • Low alloy and high alloy steels
      • Austenitic steels (e.g. S 316, 6 Mo)
      • Austenitic – ferritic (duplex, super duplex)
      • Titanium alloys
      • Copper alloys
    • Range of dimensions:
      • Outside diameters of 0.5″ to 10″ and occasionally pipes up to 24″
      • Maximum spool weight of up to 5 t (occasionally up to 10 t)
      • Maximum wall thickness of up to 30 mm
      • Maximum length of a single spool up to 15 m
      • Small-sized steel structures up to 5T / 4 x 4.5 x 12 m
    • The production capacity of WNS POMORZE is as follows:
      • A maximum of 6000 – 8000 man hours/month
      • Tonnage range from 5 t / month (Titanium) to 50 t / month (carbon steel)

      Prefabrication works are carried out in the production hall with an area of 1800 m2 (Workshop equipped with a 5T overhead travelling crane – 900 m2 / Storage and support area – 900 m2).

      WNS POMORZE offers the comprehensive manufacture of ordered products, in cooperation with reliable and qualified subcontractors.

    • Many years of experience gained in the implementation of many technically complex projects regarding the prefabrication and services of the highest level.

      The welding staff of WNS POMORZE is certified in the following welding methods: 111, 131, 135, 136, 138 and III qualifications.

      Prefabrication and IWI qualifications in addition to supervision by the internal quality department, inspectors on the part of the principal, as well as inspectors from surveillance units such as DNV, ABS, TUV, BV, GL and UDT.

    • WNS POMORZE constantly develops its machinery park, which contains:
      • Cutting-off machine PEGAS 290×320 SHI-LRF working in a range of up to 10”
      • Pipe bevelling machine PRO 10PB working in a range from 3” to 10”
      • Pipe bevelling machine AXXAIR GA121 working in a range from 0.5” to 4”
      • Kemppi 141 and 136 welding machines
      • Overhead travelling crane 5T
    • Planned purchase of machines:
      • Column band saw BEKA MAK 820C working in a range of up to 24”
      • Pipe beveling machine PRO 40 working in a range from 8” to 24’’
      • Positioners – SP1000EL
    • The company has a mechanical workshop equipped with the following devices:
      • Universal milling spindle FW0250
      • Band saw

The implemented system of quality management and occupational health and safety is compliant with EN ISO 9001:2008 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007. The company is Achilles JQS qualified and has implemented and applies quality requirements in welding compliant with PN-EN ISO 3834-2:2007.

Our Laboratory has a certificate of compliance with PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 defining the requirements of the competence of testing laboratories, and certification by Bureau Veritas, DNV and UDT-CERT.
